stop look and listen

aaaahhh the kids...
today i was in freezing cold stinky hillarys water teaching the kids how to blow bubbles, how to do frog kick, how to swim in deep water, how to float...
there was tears, there was shivering, there was lots of spontaneous sicknesses... but it was kinda good to be back at it :) being in the outdoors, doing something which is challenging and physical. in one stage i got to sit out in the deep on a foamy.. i felt like a cool surfie chick :) i got home and had to have a little sleep though - i was a bit knackered.
i hope theres no wind tomorrow

my life is about to be turned upside down... i can feel it..
